Hi everyone,

We’re getting ready for another amazing Fourth of July Family Festival with our partnership with Education Foundation of New Berlin, and we’d love your help behind the bar. Your support directly helps us raise funds for the Payton Alexander Foundation in support of the Payton Alexander Memorial Scholarship.

To keep everything organized, volunteers will sign up through the form below. This helps us collect waiver info and gather email addresses so we can send out all “know before you go” details before the event.

We’re aiming for 12–20 volunteers and would be so grateful to have you on the team.

Each year, children and families around the world face the unimaginable challenge of childhood cancer.

On International Childhood Cancer Day, the Payton Alexander Foundation stands in honor of every brave child, every survivor, and every family who continues to fight.

Our mission is inspired by Payton Alexander’s courageous journey and is dedicated to supporting children and young adults battling cancer—while advancing research focused on Ewing’s Sarcoma.

As 2025 comes to a close, we reflect with gratitude on the incredible community and family the Payton Alexander Foundation has been blessed with.

It has been four years since Payton passed. No child should ever have their life cut short by cancer. No child or family ever believes it will happen to them—until it does. Payton dreamed of so much more: graduating from college, working with animals, getting married, having children, and building a full, beautiful life. Cancer took those dreams from her. It took her from us.

We honor Payton in every way we can by focusing on how we can support families navigating the cancer journey—and, more importantly, how we can help ensure other families have better options than the ones Payton was given.

Because of our amazing community and the continued support of everyone who believes in the mission of the Payton Alexander Foundation, we were able to make a meaningful impact in 2025. Together, we honored Payton’s legacy while helping other families and driving progress toward a cure.

In 2025, the Payton Alexander Foundation:

✨ Donated $40,000 in partnership with the Little Warrior Foundation to help fund research toward a cure (more details coming soon),

✨ Donated $10,000 to Make-A-Wish to help grant a wish for a child fighting Ewing’s Sarcoma,

✨ Donated $5,000 to the Ronald McDonald House of Southeast Wisconsin, including $4,000 in in-kind donations and $1,000 in gift cards and items for children and teenagers.

As we look ahead to 2026, we embrace new beginnings with renewed determination. We will continue to raise funds, support families, and fight for a cure for Ewing’s Sarcoma—so that more children can keep dreaming, living, and growing.

Thank you to the Payton Alexander Foundation for donating $4,000, along with gift cards & other items for children & teenagers. This donation was made in memory of Payton who received treatment at Children's Wisconsin. Though never having stayed here themselves, the family knew very well the impact the House had on other patients and wanted to show their support in Payton's honor. ❤️
