During the event, TruStone presented EFNB with a generous $5,000 donation to support our work benefiting students and educators across the School District of New Berlin.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of recognizing two of EFNB’s founding board members, Guy Couillard and Chuck Stadler, as their years of dedicated service to the Education Foundation of New Berlin come to a close.

Since 2018, Guy and Chuck have helped guide EFNB through years of growth, transition, and impact—shaping the systems, relationships, and culture that continue to support our mission today.

We are deeply grateful for their leadership, their commitment to New Berlin students and educators, and the lasting legacy they leave within our Foundation.

Congratulations to the 2026 New Berlin Athletic Association - NBAA Scholarship Recipients! 🎉🏅

The Education Foundation of New Berlin is proud to announce five outstanding students selected to receive the NBAA Scholarship, each awarded $1,000 for their continued education:

The NBAA Scholarship Fund honors the legacy of the New Berlin Athletic Association - NBAA, which served local youth for over 50 years. More than just a place to learn the fundamentals of sport, the NBAA instilled the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership.

These scholarships recognize graduating seniors who not only participated in NBAA programs as athletes, but who also exemplify the values at the heart of the organization. Special consideration is given to those who returned to serve the next generation, as umpires and referees. ⚽🏀⚾

Congratulations to Lilly Truckenbrod, New Berlin West, the inaugural recipient of the $2,500 BuildHER Scholarship! 👷‍♀️🔨

The BuildHER Scholarship was established to support and celebrate young women graduating from the School District of New Berlin who plan to pursue careers in construction and the skilled trades. Recipients are nominated by staff who recognize their work ethic, determination, leadership, and passion for their chosen field.

Lilly's dedication and commitment have set her apart, and we are proud to support her as she takes the next step toward a career in the trades.

Congratulations to Madelynn Weltzien and Cole Clevenstine of New Berlin Eisenhower, who were each awarded a $1,000 Ike Soccer 2022 Champions Scholarship! 🏆

These scholarships honor the historic 2022 season, when both the girls’ and boys’ Ike soccer teams won their WIAA State Championships. To commemorate this incredible achievement, family and friends of the athletes established this scholarship to recognize Ike soccer players who have demonstrated excellence on the field, leadership at school, and a commitment to the Eisenhower community.

EFNB Impact Grants in action! In February 2026, EFNB supported our elementary physical education program with a grant to purchase Ninja Warrior equipment - we're thrilled to see the kids are already utilizing and enjoying these sets!

Congratulations to Eli Schaar, New Berlin Eisenhower and Maggie Blank, New Berlin West, recipients of the 2026 Peter Michaud Memorial Scholarship! ✈️🌍

Established in 2021 by educators at Ronald Reagan Elementary, the scholarship honors the legacy of a beloved teacher known for his passion for travel, geography, and inspiring curiosity in his students.

In tribute to his memory, Ronald Reagan's Student Council donates proceeds from its annual Penny Wars fundraiser to support this scholarship and help endow it for future generations.

Award recipients are selected for their leadership, volunteerism, academic achievement, and strong school and community involvement. Each applicant also shares their own interest or experiences in travel and world exploration—reflecting the spirit Mr. Michaud brought to his classroom and community.

We are proud to recognize Eli and Maggie as this year’s $1,000 Michaud Scholars. Their accomplishments and shared sense of global curiosity truly embody Mr. Michaud’s enduring legacy. 🌟📚🌎
