🙋 15 more volunteers for pizza making from 9:30 AM–4:00 PM
🛻 🚚 Morning and afternoon truck assistance

Every helping hand makes a difference, and this fundraiser directly supports our athletes and EAPA programs! 💪📣

Ready to build strength, boost endurance, and have a FUN morning together? Join us for a special fitness fundraiser supporting Element Athletics Parent Association (EAPA)! 💙💗

Here’s what’s in store:

🏋️‍♀️ Fitness & FUN! Enjoy a morning filled with fitness instruction designed to help build strength and endurance for our athletes.

🩺 FREE Injury Screenings! Onward Physical Therapy will be on-site offering free injury screenings for athletes, coaches, AND parents!

💪 Strength to Take Home! Learn workouts the girls can continue doing at home to build strength, with NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY! Because getting stronger shouldn’t require a home gym. 😉
