Backpack Buddies is up and running this year!

We are back and ready to start collecting school supplies for the 2018-2019 upcoming school year. We’re getting a late start and a bit short on time. However, even if we only supply 10-15 kids. Every little bit helps and all together, can make a huge difference!

While we set up drop off locations, we can send a volunteer to pick up medium to large donations.

Drop off Locations (so far) for :

Downtown Smoke Shop
277 Union St .
Mon-Wed: 9am-7pm
Tue-Sat: 10am-8pm
Sunday’s Vary (check their page)
**They are offering a Free small gift
or small percentage off when you
make a donation. While supplies lasts.**

We hope to set up 1-2 locations for each end of the city. Check back for updated locations!

Backpack Buddies is severely lacking donations this year. Due to our list doubling since last year, they really need you're help!

While out and about this weekend please consider spending $2-$4 on some supplies or maybe grabbing a backpack on sale.

If you would like to contribute, donations can be dropped on on Monday the 22nd and Tuesday the 23rd from 5:30-7pm at Dunkin Donuts 1091 Kempton St, New Bedford, MA 02740. Someone will be in the Conference room accepting donations.
