PACE is hiring a Parent Specialist for Child Care Works.
This is the person who helps parents find child care they trust, connects families to early education, and points them toward the other support that keeps a household steady while a parent works, job hunts, or goes back to school.
✅ Bilingual in Spanish required
✅ At least one year in early education or human services
✅ Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred
💵 $20.00 per hour, 40 hours a week, year round
