✨ Partner Spotlight: FAIHR Youth Initiative at Steppingstone Incorporated ✨

The FAIHR Youth Initiative at Steppingstone supports youth impacted by substance use and related challenges by providing pathways to long-term stability through comprehensive care and community connection.

With support from grant funding, the initiative has increased enrollment and deepened engagement among youth participants. Steppingstone provides essential services including housing stabilization, employment assistance, educational advocacy, and behavioral health supports, anchored by weekly one-on-one mentoring and bi-weekly youth-centered group activities that build trust and strengthen family involvement.

To date, the program has helped 25 youth pursue housing goals, supported 12 participants in securing employment, and assisted 3 in advancing their education and creating meaningful impact in our community.
