Directed to those who someday join a Respectable Mc, this is the first rule of a Mc.....
WHAT IS A PROSPECT?
WITH RESPECT TO MOTORCYCLERS WHO WANT TO JOIN A MOTORCYCLE CLUB.
That people get scared hearing the word Prospect, which is denigrating, humiliating, shameful, and things like that.
Instead of being inside a motorcycle club an integral Prospecto is the first stage of his life here, you enter to learn all the parameters, all the culture that is possessed in this family.. is to know your flaws and help you correct them, know your virtues to help bring, is so that someday you can also be a leader, know to guide your club and teach the new generations of bikers.
Does it seem rough to you?
Do you have a hard time learning?
Were you first offended when they gave you an attention call?
Not even in your house are you forced to be responsible and honest?
You gave your word and didn't fulfill it?
Well you better retire than this is not for you.
Or learn with humility. Eat quietly, don't criticize, refresh your values and put them into practice, be comfortable. Earn your patches with pride as a result of your labor as Prospect. And let them call you BRO in the sense of the word. No teeth out.
The Prospect stage is the first step towards promotion, and it depends on each club the way to carry it out and in that respect..
It's ridiculous to hear, in my club there are no rules and here all the patches are delivered, as if one went to a warehouse buys his patches and takes them, and where is the process? How are you going to know if that person is to be trusted or not? How are you going to claim that one day that person is loyal to your club? If they never fought, if they never learned, if they never learnt to love and to be loyal.. this is not learned by magic, nor by an opening and closing of an eye, it hurts who it hurts everything is learned and evaluated with great effort
More shame is that clubs skip these processes because they are forming mediocre people even irresponsible, traitor, unloyal, impuntual, informal etc..
Everything can be achieved with respect, as it is said a Prospect is a potential element that one day could be at the top of the summit as a full color or in charge of carrying the reins of the club and we are very proud to deliver our colors.
