The Friends will be sponsoring an ice fishing contest this year!! We had to take a few years break when the dam washed out and during Covid restrictions. Water levels are back to normal and there have been several fish stocking events by the DNR. This years anglers have hooked and released some smaller walleye from the spring stocking BUT also approximately 16 inch walleye from the previous year stocking! We have an alternate adverse weather date of January 24, 2026. Spread the word!!

Our tree for the Christmas Tree Stroll in Green Isle this weekend. The is The Wishing Tree! It features a sample of the many cards we sell providing “wishes” of all kinds. We also have tags for people to add their own Christmas wishes to the tree.

The New Auburn Lions will be doing Crafts & Treats on Halloween evening from 4-6pm at the church. Stop in and make a cute craft before or while Trick or Treating October 31st.

The New Aubirn Lions brought their gag ball pit to the National Night Out and also handed out mini fire extinguisher water misters. The kids really enjoyed them! Sorry we didn't get photos.
