Effective January 1st, 2027 Hoosiers seeking enrollment must meet the work requirements for 3 months prior to their application- that means new applicants must begin meeting requirements NEXT MONTH. There, you can check your voter registration, update any information, or, if you haven't already, register to vote! The General Election day is Tuesday, November 3rd.

Leaders with the Transparency & Accountability in Government (TAG) chapter hosted 5 of the candidates running for the New Albany Floyd County Consolidated School Board to “Meet the Candidates”. Parents, caregivers, or community members had the opportunity to share our priorities for our town and our schools, and the candidates shared their reasons and vision for running to serve on the school board.

The upcoming local elections are crucial for our community: the school board stewards over $173 million of our public funds. The TAG chapter is hosting another “Meet the Candidates" event on Thursday, October 15th.
