Here at the IAM Center, we will be providing a space and guides for a day to “treat yourself”

I am just 1 of 3 presenters.

During my portion of the days retreat, we will discuss how breath work, movement/touch and sound helps regulate the nervous system.

Neuroscience research and evidence based studies have proven that theses modalities assist in calming and helping regulate the nervous system.

Fred will use experiential exercises and creative expressive arts to help you better understand your inner world!

IAM founders, Fred Strugatz and Jack Walters developed a system called The Inner Politic, which involves claiming the Adult Self, banishing Inner Voices from the past, and creatively nurturing the Inner Child part of the Self that suffered trauma.

Fred will explain and show how this system works in each of us and help you better understand The Inner Politic in order to understand how it affects your life and your Self Worth.
