We just love this video so much! 💚

She's been coming to our farmstand and veggie rescue for a while. Her genuine appreciation for receiving fresh veggies is exactly why we do what we do at Let Us Learn. We see that same joy and gratitude from so many of the folks who visit our programs.

It's a wonderful reminder that there's no age limit to discovering and enjoying new foods. Access to fresh, healthy food is about so much more than putting food on the table. It's moments like these that remind us of the impact we can't always measure.

This is food justice in action.

Pay-As-You-Can Farmstand tomorrow, Monday, October 26!

Fall is here and so are your Fall favorites!
Thanks again to Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for the donation of 100 bags for the farmstand! Come and load yours up with these goodies ⬇

Here's what's on the menu:

Freshly baked bread
Farm-fresh eggs
Sweet peppers
Turnips, radishes & bok choy
Sweet potatoes
Bibb lettuce & fresh greens
Garlic
And plenty more!

PLUS! Chef B, Braylin Hardin, is joining us!
He'll be cooking up some Southern comfort food with a twist at our FREE Chef Demo from 4:15–5:30 PM!

Coming early for the Farmstand? Feel free to head downstairs to the dining room before the demo for light snacks and good company! This is food justice in action.

🍂 Fall is in the air, and at the Farmstand! 🍁

Our growing season is changing, and so is our selection of fresh, local goodies! We'll still have sweet peppers and maybe a few last-of-the-season tomatoes, but get ready for more potatoes, winter squash, leafy greens, and all those delicious fall favorites!

If you're someone who usually comes early to the Farmstand but would love to stay for the demo, we've got you covered! Feel free to head downstairs to the dining room early. We'll have light snacks, good company, and a chance to visit with your neighbors while you wait.

As always, we pay our local farmers fair retail prices, and you pay what you can—or nothing at all. No questions asked!

Many thanks to WDRB+WAVE News for joining us yesterday at our pay-as-you-can farmstand! It was so nice to share how we are changing the food system here in southern Indiana.

The only slight correction to the article is that we don't have suggested prices for our staples—eggs, breads or sweets, veggies. You pay what you can or nothing at all.

On items such as the hot sauce from Willow Creek Acres Farm or nut butters from Wells Made Co. those will have prices set by the vendors.
