On July 16, 2025, the North Village Homeowner’s Association executed a property management agreement with Ohio Equities, effective September 1, 2025. This was voted on by the Board earlier this month. In the coming weeks, you will receive correspondence from Ohio Equities with important information. Until August 31, 2025, all property concerns should be directed to Josh Reyes, our current property manager at Myers Realty. The next NVHA Board meeting will take place online on Tuesday September 16, 2025 at 6pm.
