CITY OF COLUMBUS TO BEGIN WEEKLY RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING COLLECTION ON JUNE 12

Starting June 12th, recycling will now be picked up every week. There are 20,000 homes that will have a new pickup date, but those homes should have received a notice already.

One of the very popular events last summer was when the New Albany Parks and Recreation hosted a summer movie night in the Gazebo park.

This year they will be doing a similar event in Thompson Park.

Sorry for the delay, but am excited to hear from you about Movie Night. It should be a great one, we are showing Top Gun: Maverick and I found an edited version so the language is safe for younger kids. I would love your help getting the word out in The Preserve and Albany Park if you know your counterpart over there. I have all the regular stuff, like inflatables, face painters, balloon benders, etc. and also some more extreme attractions like ziplines. I heard the food truck killed it last year, so if you have 1-2 food trucks that want to attend, I'm all for that. Let me know what else I can answer for you and I look forward to a great event.
