Practiced canceled for Junior swimmers today. If swimming Saturday League Champs, we will see you at Northwest Saturday Morning by 7 am for warm up. If swimming Monday Champs, we have practice Sunday evening. Juniors 4:45 pm Seniors 5:45pm LETS GO DARTS! 🩵💦💙

Junior warm up is 5 p.m.

Senior warm up is 5:15 - 5:35 for the 7:15 swimmers 5:35-5:55 p.m. for 15-18 swimmers

Swim Meet 6 - 8:30 p.m.

-PREPARE for hot weather conditions.🥵

-Bring water to stay hydrated and an umbrella to ward off the sun 💦⛱️

-Stay out of all pools except the competition pool
