The mark of a healthy ministry is to finish well. The 2025-26 IUS Christian Student Fellowship leaders have accomplished that mission.
Last night was filled with senior recognitions, outgoing leader accolades and incoming officer installation. Three seniors gave their CSF testimony and imparted advice to younger members. A year end slide show reminded us how full these past 12 months have been.
Smiles, tears, laughter and hugs were abundant. It’s sad to see our seniors leave but in the iconic words of Michael W. Smith “Friends are friends forever when the Lord’s the Lord of them.”

Since tonight was the last time all of the 2025-26 IUS Christian Student Fellowship leaders would be together, we decided to capture a few group photos. Chris and I are thankful for this group of students who have led well.

This was our last church sponsored meal of the semester. Thanks to Pleasantridge Baptist for providing a delicious pasta meal.
Pastor Brian Tibbs brought a timely message from Jude 17ff. He tied it to our theme, ABIDE, thus wrapping up the whole year.
After worship, students hung out enjoying great conversation and playing a few rounds of SPUD.

Lots of cool things happened this week with IUS Christian Student Fellowship.
The last women’s Bible study was Monday. We’ve had a great attendance this year and learned a lot from the book of Ephesians this spring. Maddie Singleton led us well.
On Tuesday we had our last lunch Bible study. Chris Gustafson did a great job teaching Revelation.
Tuesday afternoon IUS hosted GusFest. Several CSF students hosted our booth.
Three of our women represented CSF at the Southeastern Indiana Baptist Association meeting on Tuesday night. Tirzah and Sydney led worship and Maddie gave a testimonial.
Lastly, the past 3 evenings our nominating committee interviewed 10 students who want to serve on leadership in 2026-27. It was so enjoyable to hear their testimonies and how God has worked in and through their lives this year.
God is at work on the IU Southeast campus.
