Fry Out Cancer

Fry Out Cancer Fry Out Cancer is a Thanksgiving fundraiser benefitting organizations that research cures for cancer and treat cancer patients. Why are we doing this?

Fry Out Cancer is an opportunity to support The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James).
• Supporters place their order for a fully prepared fried turkey and select a time to pick it up on Thanksgiving Day.
• All proceeds will benefit the Pediatric Brain Cancer Research Fund and the Ovarian Cancer

Research and Education Fund in Gynecology at Ohio State’s Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.
• The suggested minimum donation for each turkey is $150. This is a way to honor, recognize and support an amazing team of healthcare professionals at The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. How much of the proceeds will be donated to The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute?
100% of donations will be passed on to The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. What other ways can you support the event?
•By volunteering to help fry the turkeys and deliver turkeys to shelters on Thanksgiving Day.
•By volunteering to help clean up the day after Thanksgiving.
•By making a reservation for a turkey (or two!).
•By making a donation to sponsor a turkey that will be given to a local family in need.
