ELEVATE MEETUP OPEN TO ALL NAWN!!

This meetup/social event will be open to ALL NAWN MEMBERS AND FRIENDS! We have a member who has written a book and would like to have her release party with us! Jessica Brugger has invited us all to her release party at New Albany’s Trove store (5850 Zarley Street) on February 15th at 6:30pm to discuss her book, design alchemy, and a tour of the store. Trove will be providing wine and small bites for us AND 20% all accessories in the store that evening! Jessica will be giving a talk about trends in interior design for 2024, then a walkthrough of the store, and then it will be shopping and socializing for everyone after that. To top it off, Trove will be having a giveaway with a $100 gift card to those in attendance as well as a New Albany coordinate book!

I hope everyone is having a fabulous holiday season as we approach the end of the year.

For the final Elevate event of 2023, we are back with the annual White Elephant gift exchange! We are being graciously hosted by Sarah Aklilu at her home on December 12th, at 7pm. The address is 7445 Farmington Close and we are having a potluck! Please bring a delicious dish to share with everyone! Even if you don’t want to participate in the gift exchange, we still hope to see you there! For those that will be participating, please bring a gift that is $20 or less and make sure it is wrapped, bagged, concealed etc.! The New Albany Women’s Network (NAWN) exists to better the lives of women and children in and around New Albany through philanthropic activities.

We are two weeks away from our fabulous event! Have you bought your tickets yet?The NAWN 24th annual Charity Fashion Show will feature local boutiques , , , and . Macys Polaris will also be providing fashion for the runway with “ Holiday Party” as the theme.

Proceeds benefit Magical Moments Foundation - a locally based nonprofit that grants wishes to children with facial differences to encourage and inspire them to go after their biggest dreams!

I hope you have all been having a great summer and you've been making memories to look back on! I know I've seen many of you around town and at the Hinson Amphitheater for events and it's been great.

NAWN Elevate is back in August! Let’s get social together at New Albany’s own Elliot’s Wood Fired Kitchen (266 E. Main St, New Albany) on the patio to relax and catch up since we didn’t meet last month. We will be gathering on Tuesday, August 29th at 6:30pm. We have space reserved outside for us, and I implore you to check you the delicious menus they have - both the food and the drinks! I've already gotten some emails about confusion of the date and I want to confirm with you that it is Tuesday 8/29.

Please RSVP to me ([email protected]) at your earliest convenience so we can make sure there is space for everyone and we look forward to closing out the summer together (even though school will have technically started already). Take a look at the menu too!

Hello NAWN Elevate Ladies!

We are getting our sweat on this month at F45 Training! A big thank you to Sara Sakon for opening her doors to us! We are going to meet on Tuesday July 11th at 6:30pm at F45 (9695 Johnstown Road for a workout and socializing (before, during, and after - because that is who we are!).
