The Black Satin Divas was established in 2021 as a non-profit organization in the county of Monmouth in the state of New Jersey. As a non-profit organization anyone or company can receive a tax deduction upon request. Our mission is to aid individuals and families obtain high priced prescriptions when insurance will not cover it. High priced prescription drugs are a problem for a lot of people, mo
stly the eldely. Any individual requesting assistance will have to supply verifiable information to the organization for review. After a meeting with the board and a decision has been made you will be contacted. If housing is requested it is on a short term basis. We can recommend resoruces on how to obtain housing from the state of New Jersey. Anyone needing assistance with utilities will have to forward a copy of the bill to the BSD email for consideration. We are a young organization but our goal is to establish other organizations in other counties in NEW JERSEY and grow to other states and all counties in those states, nation wide and associate with other likewise organizations.
