Kudos to Jax Beach planning board for denying a zombie data center smack dab in the middle of the entrance to the city (Vystar property).
Surprisingly, it was not a unanimous denial.
Unfortunately I was the only person to speak at the meeting.
I am disappointed at Vystar for not considering the effect a generally vacant building would have. It would attract vandalism, loitering and trash (look at the AT&T eyesore on 18th).
