Today we celebrate the Class of 2026 and the impact they’ve had on this program. This senior class brought so much talent, leadership, hard work, and personality to Fletcher Band, and they leave behind memories that won’t be forgotten anytime soon.

These seniors are headed in so many different directions next year, pursuing fields like music, nursing, architecture, biology, wildlife ecology, criminal psychology, cosmetology, education, law enforcement, and more. They’ve been accepted to schools including UF, UCF, FSU, UNF, JU, FAU, FSCJ, FGCU, Coastal Carolina, and beyond, with many earning scholarships and academic honors along the way.

They’ve performed, competed, mentored younger students, and helped shape the culture of this band family. But we’ll probably miss the little things the most: the bus rides, late rehearsals, inside jokes, traditions, and all the time spent together in the band hall.

Congratulations, Class of 2026. We are so proud of you and excited to see what comes next. Once a Senator, always a Senator. 💜

Maida made her mark on the Fletcher Band family through hard work, friendship, and unforgettable performances. From Technology in percussion ensemble to All Around Us in indoor percussion, Maida created memories that will last long after graduation.
