At RLC, everything we do comes from a heart for service. We believe in showing up for others, meeting people where they are, and walking alongside them as they rebuild their lives.

Our mission is rooted in living out and sharing the Gospel—loving people the way Christ loves us. That means offering hope, grace, and practical support to those who need it most.

📖 “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace.” — 1 Peter 4:10

From helping individuals get back on their feet to building community and connection, our goal is simple: to serve with compassion and make a lasting impact.

Because when we love people well and serve faithfully, lives change—and so does our community. 💛

💛 Support the Comeback 💛

Sometimes the hardest thing a person will ever do… is try again.
There are people in our community waking up every day choosing to fight for a better life—to rebuild what was lost, to heal what’s been broken, and to become who they were always meant to be. That kind of courage deserves more than doubt—it deserves our support.

Because behind every step forward is someone who could have given up… but didn’t.

📖 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3

At RLC, we see that fight. We walk beside individuals as they rediscover hope, rebuild their lives, and work toward becoming strong, productive members of our community again.
But they shouldn’t have to do it alone.

💛 Let’s be the reason someone keeps going.
Offer encouragement. Show grace. Volunteer your time. Give what you can—whether it’s money, food, clothing, or hygiene supplies.
Because when someone is doing everything they can to rise again… the world should meet them with open arms, not closed doors.

💬 Let’s Be Honest About Homelessness 💬

Too often, people look at someone who’s homeless and assume they’re just “lazy” or made bad choices. That’s not only wrong—it’s harmful.

The truth is, many individuals and families end up on the streets because of job loss, medical bills, addiction, mental health struggles, or broken relationships. Circumstances can change faster than most of us would ever expect.

Here’s the hard question:
What if it were you? Or someone you love?

Homelessness isn’t a character flaw—it’s a human crisis. And the way we respond matters.

At RLC, we choose to see people, not labels. We choose compassion over judgment, and action over criticism. We walk alongside individuals as they rebuild their lives and rediscover hope.

💛 Now it’s your turn to make a difference.
Get involved by volunteering your time or donating—whether it’s money, food, clothing, or hygiene supplies. Every act of support helps change a life.
Maybe it’s time we all shift our perspective—because real change starts when we stop assuming and start showing up.

Remembering & Honoring This Memorial Day

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is a powerful reminder of the cost of freedom—and the courage it takes to protect it.

📖 “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

As we reflect, we’re also reminded of the importance of caring for one another here at home. Supporting our community, lifting each other up, and serving those in need is one way we honor the legacy of those who served.

❤️ At RLC, we are grateful for the freedoms we have and remain committed to making a difference—helping individuals rebuild their lives and find hope for the future.

Today, we remember. We honor. We give thanks.

😂 Finding Joy Again at RLC 😂

Life can be heavy—but laughter has a way of bringing light back into our days. At RLC, we believe that healing isn’t just about rebuilding—it’s also about rediscovering joy, sharing smiles, and learning to laugh again.

💬 “Laughter is brightest where food is best, and hearts are healed where joy is shared.”

There’s something powerful about hearing laughter echo through a room—people connecting, letting their guard down, and remembering that happiness is still possible.

💛 Whether it’s through community, encouragement, or simply sharing a moment of humor together, we see lives begin to change from the inside out.
Because sometimes, the first step forward is finding your smile again.

🟢 Talk Like Yoda Day, it is! 🟢

Laugh, we must. Too serious, life can be! 😄

At RLC, believe we do… that even in the middle of rebuilding life, important it is to find joy, share a smile, and laugh a little along the way. Stronger, we grow—together as a community.

On this day, remember:
💬 “Do or do not, there is no try.”

Trying again, every day, many in our community are—and proud of them, we are.

💛 Support them, you can. Volunteer, donate, or simply encourage—powerful, even the smallest act can be.
Laugh more, love more, serve more…
The way, this is.

🙏 Finding Strength in Faith & Community 🙏

Faith gives us hope, peace, and purpose—but we’re not meant to walk alone. A church family and Bible study help us grow, connect, and stay grounded in God’s word.

📖 “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” — Matthew 18:20

At RLC, we offer nightly Bible studies, and everyone in the community is welcome. 💛 We’re also looking for volunteers to lead Bible-based studies and pour into others.

If you’re searching for connection or purpose, come join us—you don’t have to do life alone.
