Volunteers/Staff have an understanding of youth with special needs and the unique potential of each child. There is a ratio of one adult to every six campers.

Timbertop would like to thank the Patrick Karlen Memorial for a generous donation. This will help us continue to offer scholarships to campers going forward. Patrick’s grandsons “Apple” and Noah have been campers at Timbertop and we are proud and excited to have Apple as a Junior Counselor this year as well. I know both of these young men exemplify the qualities of kindness, perseverance, and altruism and I am sure their grandfather must have played a part in that.
Thank you again to the family of Patrick Karlin from our Timbertop Family!

Our camper, Peter, was nominated by the staff to collect the campfire ashes this year.
At the first campfire each camper sets a goal for the week. At the last campfire they share a favorite camp memory or accomplishment as they add to the fire.
This annual Timbertop tradition allows us to connect all of our Timbertop campfires from year to year, and place to place... allowing us to always be together.
