Valley Cats Cat & Kitten Rescue

Valley Cats Cat & Kitten Rescue Valley Cats is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to saving the lives of homeless cats and kittens. There are 15 puppies and 45 kittens born for every human birth.

Valley Cats Cat & Kitten Rescue was founded in July, 2014 by Emily Anderson and Wendy Zolkowski, animal lovers with more than 18 years combined experience in animal welfare. Our primary goals are to:

• Rescue homeless cats and kittens, care for them in loving foster care homes, and find them loving new forever families.

• Educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets t

o prevent more unwanted litters. It’s time to change that.

• Coordinate a small-scale Trap Neuter Return (TNR) program to sterilize feral (wild) cats to prevent them from having more unwanted litters. TNR is the only scientifically proven method of reducing the feral cat population. VISION
To see a time when there is a home for every cat and kitten. PHILOSOPHY

Morton, Melvin, Mackenzie and Magoo are four of the most AFFECTIONATE, SNUGGLY BABIES ever!

These little ones are friendly, outgoing, adore attention, love being petted, and will crawl up into your lap and purr purr purr – they are absolutely irresistible!

They are also silly, playful, entertaining and great with kids. They will do best adopted in pairs so they can be companions for each other and play and cuddle together.

These adorable sweethearts are around 16 weeks old, are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and negative for feline leukemia. They would love to bring you joy, laughter and unconditional love for years to come!

How lucky are we?! We have two of the most caring, gentle, kind young volunteers spending time with our foster kittens!

This brother and sister are learning how rewarding it is to volunteer their time with animals, and the kittens are learning to love children. It's a win win!

We have four more foster kittens now available for adoption - including some shown in these photos - we will be posting shortly, stay tuned!

A heartfelt thank you to Sunnie & Olive’s Garden Patch in Appleton for setting up a farmstand a purpose!

Their homegrown, chemical-free fruits and veggies are grown with love—and even better, all proceeds from their produce sales are donated to Fox Valley animal rescues that are near and dear to their hearts – including Valley Cats and Wild & Free!

We are so grateful to be one of the rescues benefiting from their generosity! Every tomato, cucumber, pepper and zucchini sold helps provide food, medical care, shelter and second chances to kitties in need.

Thank you for proving that a little garden can grow a LOT of good! 🐾

Dottie and Dunkin are purrecious little babies who will steal your heart!

They adore attention and being petted and cuddling close. They are also super playful and it is so fun watching their silly antics!

Dottie is the most outgoing and always wants to be by your side or be held; Dunkin is a little shy at first but once you start petting him his purrmotor goes nonstop and he will head butt you for more pets.

These little ones will do best adopted together so they can be companions for each other and play and cuddle together.

These adorable sweethearts are around 16 weeks old, are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and negative for feline leukemia. They would love to bring you joy, laughter and unconditional love for years to come!

We have the best community!

Today, we were able to pick up four carts full of donations at Pet Supplies Plus - Neenah, WI for the Menasha tornado survivors and deliver them to Unforgettable Underdogs Dog Rescue, which has a donation hub right at ground zero on Plank Rd. in Menasha.

Thank you to all the PSP patrons who donated to this cause, including many donations from the store itself!

We also purchased a huge amount of cat food and cat litter to donate to them as well, including many cooling mats, as they said they have many families coming by to pick up these supplies to care for their pets.

We were happy to be able to help the pets and people of Menasha in this small way during this difficult time 💜

🩵 Our purrrecious little baby boys Mulligan and Moe are still looking for a home 🩵

They are super affectionate and snuggly and love to be held and petted and will purr purr purr.

These adorable sweethearts had a rough start to life; they were rescued at 5 weeks old from a barn where they had suffered significant eye infections.

Little Mulligan needed one eye removed, and has limited vision in his other eye. Little Moe has mostly good vision, and acts as his brother’s “seeing eye cat.”

Mulligan is able to see shapes, and runs and plays and tussles with his brother, eats fine and uses the litterbox no problem, just like any other kitten.

These babies are playful and silly and would be great with kids. They are bonded brothers and need to be adopted together.

They are now around 10 weeks old, are neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and negative for feline leukemia. They would love to bring you joy, laughter and unconditional love for years to come!

We took these two little ones into care today, Opie and his brother Oscar.

We think Opie may have swimmer syndrome, which is a rare, congenital developmental deformity in newborn puppies and kittens where the muscles and tendons lack the tension to pull the legs under the body.

We will get him seen by our amazing veterinary partner, Animal Hospital of Oshkosh, and begin his treatment ASAP.
