The Month of the Military Child, celebrated every April, highlights the unique challenges, sacrifices, and contributions of children in military families. Through it all, these children show remarkable resilience and strength. 💪

Throughout the country, communities are encouraged to honor and celebrate military children’s sacrifices and raise awareness about their experiences. By offering our continued support, we ensure these children receive the recognition they deserve, not just in April but all year round. 🫂

Make sure to wear your purple this month and on Purple Up! Day — April 15 — to show appreciation for military children and their families. 💜 Wearing purple symbolizes unity for military children across all branches of the military, and it’s an easy way to show your support and remind them that they are seen and valued.
