Our Story

Under the former Housing Partnership of the Fox Cities, in partnership with NAMI Fox Valley, a new semi-independent transitional living program for young adults, ages 18-26, living with mental health challenges was created, welcoming our first residents in 2017. Now under Pillars, the primary goal of this program is to quickly and dramatically increase the future life opportunities of at-risk young adults. By leveraging the stability of safe, affordable housing in conjunction with mental health support, education, employment and basic living skills, we will set up program participants for a lifetime of success and self-sufficiency.
