Attention Exhibitors: Thank you letters need to be turned into the Needville Youth Fair at the youth fairgrounds on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

***This includes thank you notes for the awards you received.***

If you need award donor information you may text Tricia @ 713.252.0757. Please keep the award donor thank you notes seperate.

Thank you letters need to be postage stamped, unsealed, and handwritten. Signed disposition sheets will also need to be turned in.

Any exhibitor failing to turn in thank you letter(s) and signed disposition sheets by the designated due date will have their check held.

For further questions regarding thank you letters, please refer to the NYF General Rules.
