When an educator at Framingham High School lost her home in a fire last week, our community showed up right away.

We immediately packed bags of brand new clothing and hygiene essentials and our wonderful volunteer Alethea delivered them to Framingham. While we can't replace what was lost, these everyday essentials help restore a bit of stability and provide relief during an incredibly difficult time.

Taking time to sort through your unwanted clothing and other items and thoughtfully donate to the most appropriate place amplifies the impact of your donation. We recommend always checking organizations' websites for up-to-date donation guidelines, as these can sometimes change slightly based on community needs and staff/volunteer/storage capacity. By donating the items most needed by each organization, you are cutting down the time between your donation drop-off and the delivery of those items to someone in need. You're also helping maximize the efficiency of each organization -- the less space taken up by items we can't use, the more space for items we urgently need!

We were proud to present the Pope family with the 2026 Hope Award at Hope Blooms last week! Carolyn and Dana's steadfast financial and in-kind support has propelled Circle of Hope's mission forward for nearly two decades and has changed the lives of tens of thousands of people experiencing homelessness. Generosity and compassion for others spans across the generations of this family; their daughters have also supported Circle of Hope in various ways over the years, from board service to in-kind support to community engagement. In fact, Circle of Hope's postpartum care kit program was started by Cecilie Pope, who felt moved to help other postpartum moms after she had her own children.

Together, we raised 12% more than last year which will enable Circle of Hope's mission to continue growing.
