Hi Krewe Outcast members! Let's start preparing for the parade. I know it's only September and we have a few months before the parade, but I wanted to remind you we are riding in the Feb 6th parade, on a Saturday. It is a great idea to start buying your beads and throws for the parade. The Port Arthur Mardi Gras Store will sell beads by the bulk closer the parade times. But you can purchase beads in bulk from Amazon or Oriental Trading. That's just a few places to think about. Remember, no candy or food can be thrown, except for Moon Pies. There are a ton of inappropriate throws out there, please stay away from those. I don't think the parents would enjoy their kids picking up squishy boobie throws or things along those line. If you have any questions please ask.

Krewe Outcast, this year's float will not have a specific theme. But I do want everyone to show up in an outrageous amount of purple, green and gold. LADIES: Sequins are always a good idea on the float!!! The more the better! GENTLEMEN: Sequins look great on yall too. You don't have to wear them, but you all need to be in Mardi Gras colors!

Shannon and I are designing some shirts for the Krewe as well, but we are going to let the members vote on which one they like the best. Be looking for the poll in the next week or so!

Welcome to Krewe Outcast FB page. Mardi Gras Port Arthur is right around the corner and our float is filling up quickly. We will be parading on Saturday, February 6, 2027. Membership fee is $60 per person. Float is 21 and up! It is BYOB! Bring your own beads and booze.
