I saw lots of pollinators on the parsley flowers including this paper wasp.

On the lemon balm there was a sliver wisp who intentionally bumped into me multiple times, and a beautiful brightly colored fiery skipper.

Stop by for garnishes for all those drinks y’all will be making over the long weekend. 🍹

Free for you to stop by and harvest yourself at 211 N 14th Street in Nederland.

Bed on the left has thyme, lavender, lemon balm, and African blue basil.

Bed on the right has Italian sweet basil, dill, thyme, sage, oregano, plus parsley flowers for you to dry to get the seeds for future parsley plants.

Bonus info: those sunflowers will be opening soon! 🌻

The sweetest lady gave me some Louisiana Yam slips.

Developed by LSU AgCenter researchers, the Beauregard is the dominant variety, known for its light rose-colored skin, bright orange flesh, and uniform shape.

I’ll have to put these in the backyard because of how long they’ll get, but I’ll keep you posted though the growing process.
