🌟 KEY UPDATES & REMINDERS

🎨 Glow Run Success!
A HUGE thank-you for your patience and flexibility as we moved the Glow Run indoors last week. Despite the change in plans, you helped make it a fantastic experience for our students! We couldn’t have done it without you!

📣 The Fundraiser Is Still Open!
There is still time for final donations to come in! Keep sharing your student’s fundraising link and help us finish strong!

🏆 STUDENT INCENTIVES & REWARDS

Our students have been working hard, and look at what they’ve unlocked so far!

$5,000: Popsicles for Everyone!
$10,000: Crazy Hair Day for Everyone!
$15,000: Epic Chalk at Recess!
$20,000 — UNLOCKED! Teacher & First Responders Tug-of-War!

NEXT GOAL: $25,000!
If we reach $25,000, our principal will CAMP ON THE ROOF!

Let’s rally together, Pioneer families! Share those links, spread the word, and let’s see if we can get our principal camping on the roof! 😂💜💛

If you’re able to help, we would appreciate the hands! See you at Hayward’s Glow Run this afternoon!

The pizza challenge was a HUGE success, and we are so excited to see the kids getting involved and working toward their class goals! 🙌

Another fun incentive our schools earned was CRAZY HAIR DAY! 🤪Check out some of the fun looks!

🍕 Happy Saturday, Pioneer Families! 🍕

This weekend’s Color Run challenge is all about PIZZA! 🎉 The 5 classrooms with the most donations by Monday night will win a pizza party! 🍕🥳 Let’s see which classes can climb to the top!

We’ve also attached our yearly PTO expenses for families who are curious about where the funds raised each year go. ☺️ As a reminder, our Color Run is our PTO’s only fundraiser of the year, and these funds help support field trips, playground and recess equipment, teacher classroom grants, schoolwide needs, music equipment, and so much more! ❤️

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference for our Pioneers, and we are so grateful for the support of our families and community! 💛💜

Let’s keep the momentum going, Pioneer families!

Good morning, Pioneer Families!! 💜💛

We are officially 11 states in, and as of this morning, you have helped our schools raise an AMAZING $9,934!!! 🎉🙌🏽

The kids have been LOVING watching our U.S. map fill in as donations come in! 🇺🇸🗺️ If you have family or friends in any of the states that aren’t colored in yet, reach out and see if they’d like to help us fill in another state! Every donation helps! ❤️

We are also officially less than a week away from the Color Run! 🌈🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

We are looking for volunteers to help make Color Run an extra fun and memorable experience for our kiddos! If you’re planning to attend, consider signing up to help throw some color and make the day even more exciting! 🎨

🍩 I don’t know about you, but over at our elementary schools, we LOVE a good donut for breakfastor even better, a little lunch pick-me-up! 😂🍩

Our challenge winners got to enjoy a well-deserved DONUT PARTY! 🎉🍩 And let me tell you, those kiddos were pretty excited!

If your kiddo’s class didn’t win this challenge, don’t worry! We still have PLENTY of time left for your kiddos to spread the word, get those donations coming in, and help their class win one of our upcoming challenges! 🙌🏽

Our PTO’s biggest and only fundraiser of the year is happening RIGHT NOW! 💜💛Every share, donation, and word-of-mouth helps us support our schools and our kiddos.

So keep sharing, keep spreading the word, and let’s see what these amazing kids can accomplish together! 🍩🎉
