Lucia Guastaferro is from Greenville, South Carolina, and proudly represents the Blue Ridge Council. She is an active member of Crew 420 and a recipient of the Territory and Council Venturing Leadership Awards. With a deep commitment to servant leadership, Lucia has contributed at every level of Scouting, from her local crew to the territory level. She most recently served as the Blue Ridge Council President and Communications Chair for Territory 15.
As the Territory 15 Venturing President, Lucia is dedicated to strengthening and supporting Council Venturing Officer Associations (VOAs) across the territory. She understands that a strong council-level foundation is essential for the growth and sustainability of the Venturing program. Lucia aims to provide guidance, share resources, and help support councils, especially those working to establish or revitalize their VOAs.
She is passionate about creating a connected and inclusive community where every Venturer has access to leadership development, adventure, and meaningful service. Lucia is excited to work with youth and adult leaders throughout Territory 15 to grow the program, foster collaboration, and ensure that every council feels empowered to thrive.
