Thank you to everyone who joined us this past Saturday for the Peace, Love & Music opening reception at the Nazareth Center for the Arts!
The gallery was filled with beautiful artwork, great conversations, wonderful people and plenty of good vibes. 🎨✨ We loved celebrating the talented artists who brought this colorful exhibit to life—and sharing the evening with our amazing Nazareth arts community.

Encaustic
Creating an encaustic painting is my way of creative self-expression, much like writing a song, where each layer of beeswax, pigment, and texture becomes part of a visual melody. As I build, scrape, and fuse the surface, the work unfolds as an expression of harmony and connection, reflecting the quiet rhythms and ever-changing beauty of the natural world.

“RUSTING 60’s SWAG (aka Promo Pins)”
Watercolor & Ink (sealed) on Vintage 60’s Fabric
“Statement” Pins were on handbags & clothing during the 60’s. The pins have metal backings so many are now rusting around the edges, however the messages still apply. These individual paintings are either exact replicas or representations of said pins, mounted, sealed and then attached to Vintage 60’s cloth (think clothing).
