Tavelle McGee has been reported missing to the Navasota Police Department. Tavelle is 16 years old and was last seen at approximately 3:30 pm on Tuesday February 17, 2026 in the 1000 blk of East Washington Avenue, Navasota, Grimes County, TX wearing a black shirt and jeans. Let's bring him home tonight!

MISSING: Tavelle McGee has been reported missing. He is 16 years old and was last seen at approximately 3:30pm Tuesday, February 17, 2026, in the 1000 blk of East Washington Avenue in Navasota, Grimes County.

The cold weather looks like it’s here to stay, and we know many of our kids are standing outside early in the mornings waiting on the bus.

If you know of any children who may need a coat, jacket, gloves, hats, or other cold-weather accessories, please inbox us privately. We want to do our part to help make sure our kids are able to get to school safe, warm, and cared for.

No child should have to face the cold. If you’re in need or know someone who is please reach out. Our community is always stronger when we look out for one another. 🤍
