🚨 Archie desperately needs out of Naugatuck Animal Control and into a safe, quiet environment where he can decompress and thrive. This sweet 2–4-year-old Pit mix is potty trained, knows basic commands, and is loving and non-reactive to other dogs. ❤️ If you can foster, rescue, or adopt Archie, please reach out to Naugatuck Animal Control and help give this boy the second chance he deserves! 🐾

‼️ RESCUE OR ADOPTER DESPERATELY NEEDED ‼️ This boy needs out!

Archie came to us as a stray on May 17, 2026 - he is extremely kennel stressed and needs out!

Archie is a PitX - estimated to be about 2 to 4 years old. Will need to be neutered and vetted. He is potty trained, knows some basic commands, is super sweet and loving

- Archie needs daily exercise and mental stimulation and we are just unable to provide with all the animals in our care. Archie is starting to hyperfiscate his anxiety on trees, roots, fencing, really whatever he can take his anxiety out on and is starting to cause harm to himself. Even with access to toys, bones, etc.

He has been non reactive to the other dogs, doesn't make a peep in his kennel. He desperately needs a safe, quiet space to decompress. Please, please, I do not want to have to say goodbye to this one.

Rescues please contact Officer Tooth at 203.729.4324 [email protected]

Adopters - please fill out our application on our website www.naugatuckanimalcontrol.com

We’re so happy to be able to have a hand in providing Luna with the resources she needs to become fully vetted and spayed! 💗 None of this would be possible without the incredible generosity of our donors and supporters. Thank you for helping us give Luna the care she deserves and a brighter future! 🐾

ADOPTED!!!

🐾💗 **HELLO FROM LUNA!** 💗🐾

Hi everyone! My name is Luna and I'm checking in after my spay! 🐶💕 I’m feeling pretty good and wanted to take a moment to say, THANK YOU, to all of our supporters!

Because of your generous support, I was able to get spayed, vaccinated and Microchipped before heading up for adoption. If you'd like to continue supporting our mission of spaying and neutering before adoption, please donate and follow our Non-Profit Valley Paw Partners!

Now, enough about that…I'm ready to find my forever home! 🏡💕

I'm a 4 - 5 yr old German Shorthaired Pointer, who has had quite a few litters in my time. I just raised my last litter and watched them fineld wonderful families. It's my turn now!

• Spayed
• Fully vaccinated
• Microchipped
• Adoption fee: $150
• Good with all dogs, but best to live with other medium/large *male dogs*
• Cats Unknown, but please consider my hunting bloodlines 😏
• LOVES children ❤️
• Loves cuddling with her people
• Partially crate trained
• Has some separation anxiety

Luna is looking for an **extremely active home** that loves getting outside, going for walks, exploring, and going on adventures! 🥾🌲🐕 She would do best with someone who is **home frequently or works from home**, as she can struggle with being left alone.

She is a sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely loves being with her people and would happily spend her days by your side.

If you think Luna might be your adventure buddy and cuddle partner for life, please fill out an adoption application on our website www.naugatuckanimalcontrol.com
