A very sad story: this cat was surrendered to an unknown shelter or rescue without permission of the cat's owner while she was out of the country; the surrender occurred in Springfield VA in early January. She misses the cat desperately, and so we are reaching out to see if anyone recognizes the cat, or can help track down the shelter or rescue involved so that we can reach out to them on her behalf.
