🚨 **NVSK NEEDS VOLUNTEER DRIVERS!** 🚨
We are desperately looking for **volunteer drivers** to help keep our meal deliveries going!
We currently have **three opportunities**:
🚗 **PERMANENT DRIVER** – Every **Monday & Wednesday**
🚗 **TEMPORARY DRIVER** – **Mondays only**, beginning **September 14**, while one of our drivers is out on maternity leave.
🚗 **BACKUP/FILL-IN DRIVER** – We are always looking to add reliable drivers to our backup team who can fill in when one of our regular drivers is unavailable.
⏰ **Time:** 7:15 AM – approximately 8:30 AM
If you’re looking for a volunteer opportunity that is **meaningful, fun, and drama-free**, NVSK is the place! ❤️ We have a great group of volunteers who work well together and genuinely enjoy what we do.
**Driver requirements:**
✔️ Reliable — first and foremost!
✔️ Valid driver’s license
✔️ Reliable, insured vehicle
✔️ Able to get in and out of your vehicle frequently
✔️ Able to walk up and down stairs
✔️ Able to carry up to 20 lbs.
You’ll be delivering freshly prepared meals to Naugatuck residents who rely on us. It’s only about **1¼ hours**, but it makes a BIG difference to the people we serve.
