Our team transported the little reading nook from our office to its new home today! 🥹😍 We are grateful to partner with to make books and reading support available to children and families at their El Nido Shelter. In addition to donating books and the reading nook, Traveling Stories will be donating any proceeds from Walk for Literacy to Interfaith to help establish a weekly reading program. Although our doors are closing, our mission lives on. ❤️

Our final Volunteer of the Month for Traveling Stories is Kathy! 💪 Kathy is not only our volunteer of the month but also our Outreach Intern here at Traveling Stories!

Kathy helps us get prizes mailed! She helps reach out to potential volunteers! She is also helping us do outreach for our upcoming Walk 4 Literacy! Kathy works hard with a bang! She does so many unseen tasks that help us be the best we can be for readers, reading mentors, and you!

Kathy, thank you a million times over. We are so grateful to have you on our team! ❤️
