Christmas with kids Christmas with Kids is a Nonprofit 501c that hands out Bikes and toys to the kids of National City Ca.

I am an advocate for the Christmas with Kids Program which was started 50 years ago to give kids who aren't fortunate enough to have a christmas this program gets donations then on Christmas eve the kids stand in line and get wristbands then on Christmas Morning Santa along with bikers give out toys and bikes to those kids who don't get a chance to celebrate Christmas. Christmas with Kids

Christmas with Kids has been an institution of National City and the goodwill of its citizens for over 45 years. In 1972 when Frank King opened up his home and Santa’s Workshop to fix bikes and serve the less fortunate children of his neighborhood event he could not have envisioned the events future. To carry Frank’s legacy into this future has been no small task but many hands make light work. National City and its officials have for may years supported our efforts and for this we are eternally grateful. We hope to continue to bring Christmas to countless boys and girls for years to come.

The city council of National City officially offered its support a become a full time co-sponsor of the events held every December 25th in 2017. This will continue to allow the Christmas with Kids team to block off the street and provide a safe and efficient area right here in National City to service our own neighbors. The support of the local first responders that morning assist in making Dec 25th an amazing day. The Police of National City leading the parade down East 3rd street and the Fire & Rescue folks handing out candy or toys alongside the local community efforts everyone feels safe and loved during this day.
