AMVETS Post 79 in Natick, MA is situated on Lake Cochituate bordering Framingham, Natick, Wayland. Centrally

located in MetroWest, we are close to the Mass Pike and Routes 9, 20, 27, 30, 126 and 135. VETERANS: AMVETS Post #79 welcomes ALL Veterans to our Post. Come meet another Veteran in your area, get involved, volunteer, access services or just hang out by yourself, with a friend or with your family, we welcome you to stop by and say hi. RENTALS: Post #79 has a function hall with a 150 person capacity. Function hall features a stage, kitchen, bathrooms, natural lighting, sliding windows for a beautiful lake breeze, ramp, bar, and monitor for presentations, slideshows, tv, etc. Our Outdoor Grounds are also available for rental and includes a field, large function tent, picnic tables, horseshoe pit, bocce ball court, fishing, boat ramp. MEMBERSHIP: Welcoming new members! Veterans, Sons, Daughters, and Non-veterans are welcome to join our Post. Membership includes:

• Veterans services
• Access to waterfront property and private beach in Summer
• Access to fishing and boating on Lake Cochituate
• Members only boat ramp
• Discounts on hall / facility rentals
• Access to members only canteen and lounge
• Parking for new Cochituate Rail Trail
• Annual events such as Family Parties, BBQ’s, Polar Plunge, Golf Tournament, etc
• Commemoration Events: Memorial Day, Flag Day, 911 Remembrance, Veterans Day

Natick Amvets Post # 79 is once again sponsoring our annual Turkey for Vets Program.

Free Turkeys and and/or gift cards will be provided to local area
Veterans for the Thanksgiving holiday to say THANK YOU for your service.

This offer is NOT based on economic needs, so all Veterans should not hesitate to respond.

Veterans should respond before noontime (12:00) on Thursday, November 21st, indicating whether they want a Frozen Turkey and/or a $20 gift card to Roche Bros, Stop & Shop or Wegmans.

Any Metro-West area Veteran that would like to receive a turkey and a gift card must come to AMVETS Post #79 on Saturday, November 23 between the hours of 10AM and
2PM.

Any current Veteran member of Post #79 may request that a gift card be mailed to them.
