We're looking for motivated, creative, and community-minded girls in grades 6-12 to serve on the Board of Directors for our 2nd Annual She's Local Conference for Girls 2026!

Board members help shape the conference, from choosing speakers to planning activities to making sure every girl feels seen, supported and inspired. If she's ready to lead, learn, and lift others up, this is her moment. 🌠

A huge thank-you to our outstanding MetroWest Conference for Women Board! These 14 women powered our 9th sold-out year and, even with a last-minute venue change, they didn’t miss a beat.

Under our Ignite Your Power 2025 theme, they showed up for our community in every way—lifting women up, creating connection, and making this year unforgettable.
