Have you ordered your 2019-2020 Yearbook yet?!?
What are you waiting for?!?

It has been a crazy, memorable year. Yearbook sales are higher than normal. If you wait to order we may sell out.

To be sure that everyone who wants a yearbook has one please ORDER TODAY. Do it now before you get busy making yet another meal and forget :) We have to submit numbers to the publisher today. You can still order after this point, but we may sell out.

Another reminder... if you submitted a sibling form please email Dianne Rishikof at [email protected] directly to check if your paperwork made it thru before the shut down. We want to make sure every sibling form is accounted for!

Join the school wide scavenger hunt! The game will run THIS Saturday, March 21, 9am until Tuesday, March 24th at 6pm with new challenges added daily. The challenges are done only with your family and kids, and evidence is uploaded from your phone.
Suggested donation of $25 to benefit Natick Service Council.
Venmo: -PTO or donate through our GoFundMe campaign. You can check the leaderboard often to see how you are doing! Prizes to be announced!

Wednesday, December 11, ALL DAY!

Park Street Books will be coming back to Johsnon for a 'one day' book fair. Park Street Books in Medfield is a local, small business book store that hosts book fairs in many of the local schools. Last year, our "One Day in May" book fair with Park Street Books was a huge success. If you'd like your child to purchase a book, please send them to school with money in a sealed envelope on December 11th. Every class will have the opportunity to visit the book fair during the school day. The book fair will remain open after school from 3:00 - 7:00 pm for parents to visit and purchase books.

Volunteers Needed - Tuesday, December 3

Our new School Recycling Coordinator, Jane Ellen Newman, is conducting a One-Day Waste Audit in the cafeteria during lunch time on Tuesday, December 3. Her new role offers the district the chance to examine the waste coming out of our schools and then make some small and big changes to divert waste. On December 3 we will ask students to sort their lunch waste into five categories: Trash, Recycling, Food Waste, Liquids and Share Table. We need four volunteers from 11 am - 1:30 pm to help guide the students as they sort their waste. You will get gloves and not have to do anything messy. Please sign up here. PTO Parent Meetup - tonight!

Parent meetups are a casual way to learn and provide feedback about our school community and curriculum and meet and socialize with other parents and Johnson adults. Our meetings are open to everyone and provide a great opportunity to stay informed, contribute, and connect with other Johnson parents and Principal Hoffman. We meet in the library, and FREE childcare is available in the gym. At this meeting some of the topics we will discuss is “What happens when a child isn’t making academic or social progress?” and “What is WIN block?” Additionally we will get feedback on beginning of the year fundraisers and events and discuss other current events at our school!
