For more than a year, investigative journalist Byard Duncan from the "Reveal" program traveled the country for an in-depth report on the current state of 9-1-1 across America. The program, which aired on NPR stations across America, includes a report from NENA's most recent 9-1-1 Goes to Washington advocacy event and highlights NENA members' advocacy for NG9-1-1 funding and reclassification of 9-1-1 telecommunicators.

The Louisiana Chapters of APCO International and National Emergency Number Association are proud to recognize Brandon Myer, Michael Triplett, and Byron Meredith for being selected to receive RPL scholarships through the APCO International Silent Key & Commercial Partner Program.
