⛳️ A Meaningful Finish for the Natchitoches Lions Club 🦁

We’re proud to share that the Natchitoches Lions Club team earned 3rd Place at the Louisiana Lions Club State Convention Golf Tournament at Cypress Bend!

This round carried special significance as the team played in honor of former Natchitoches Lion Orin Foster—an avid golfer and internationally respected Lion whose legacy continues to shape our club.

Even more meaningful, the team included those closest to his legacy:
💙 Sammy Woods, husband of Orin’s granddaughter Nicole
💙 Clint “Scooter” Perot, Orin’s grandson

A special thank you to Jake Cooper and Danny Garrett for joining the team and helping bring home the trophy!

Their time on the course was more than competition—it was a tribute to a man who exemplified service, leadership, and a love for the game.

We’re proud of this strong finish, but even more proud to carry forward the legacy of Lion Orin Foster. 🦁⛳️
