Overview of all the smokers we used last year at the Bellmore Kiwanis Thanksgiving Cook to feed over 5,000 people in need. We smoked 300 turkeys over the course of 24 hours to accomplish this. If anyone would like to help out this year, please reach out and bring your smoker! We need all the help we can get to speed this up! It's on November 22nd, 2026 in Massapequa NY. The wood provided to cook 300 turkeys was provided by Dank Tree Experts 🙏
Refrigeration Truck to hold all the food cold was provided by Gabrielli Truck Sales Gabrielli Rental & Leasing. 🙏
Inter-County Bakers, Inc. donated a ton of food supplies to complete the meals 🙏

We had a great time with Massapequa Chamber of Commerce, James Funeral Home, Dulligan's Do It All Landscaping, Nassau County Legislator James D. Kennedy, and all the other businesses kicking off the Halloween Festivities! Being an active participant in our communities mean a lot to us even outside of the bbq world! Thank you for having us!

Providing meals at Vet Fest which is a resource sharing event for Veterans, active duty service members and their families. It was extra special to have Team Rubicon at the event sharing their good work and services after disasters and community outreach with veterans help! It always great to be able to help at these events!

Cooking for the Kiwanis Club of Massapequa Annual Bocce Ball Tournament to help raise money for Tunnel to Towers Foundation , St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and other local charities. We're always proud to partner with organizations that give back to the community! Thank to to all the volunteers and supporters who help make these events happen!
