Ok we're getting real close in the next week or two We will be moving into the new building and we really need administrative and cat volunteers. We can only save as many animals as we have volunteers to take care of them and the work that needs to be done so please come join our family. Here are some of the administrative jobs. if you have anytime and would like to join our family and share our mission please email us at [email protected]

1. Processing Pet Information:
A. Intake Folders & Pictures (Main folder & room folder)
B. Entering all info. Into Shelter Manager
C. Following up with all information that comes in.
D. Filing Paperwork Into main Folders
E. Update all medical done in room folders

2. Financials:
A. Process and enter paid receipts into spreadsheets.
(Veterinarian, medical supplies, Donated & purchased supplies & food)
B. Record and enter monetary donations
C. Record & enter supplies donations
D. Put deposits together & make deposits

3. Advertising & Social Media:
A. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Website
B. Petfinder, Adopt-A-Pet, Allpaws +
C. Sending emails, newsletters & Thank you

4. Adoptions:
A. Check & process applications
B. Set up home checks
C. Set up delivery dates/times
D. Make adoption folder
E. Follow up phone calls & visits

5. Medical:
A. Checking on vaccines, Spay/Neuter dates
B. Making vet. Appointments
C. Setting up transportation to vets
D. Making Med sheets
E. Checking that all meds are being given regularly & meds are correct & not expired

6. Office Paperwork:
A. Make sure all forms & applications are made & current in the proper folders in the file cabinet
B. Keep track of office supplies & leave notes to order

7. Networking:
A. Other Rescues, Businesses, Community, Veterinarians, etc.
