Nashwauk Community Garage Sale

Hello Nashwauk Residents!
Everyone is asking me if I’m organizing the sales this year. I’m not interested in doing a city map or buying & putting out signage for the sales. However, I put this little sign together if you’d all like to do the same corresponding dates as last year, to my understanding it’s always been the first weekend in August.
In my opinion, our small town doesn’t need a map and if you market and advertise your sale on social medias and put out a bunch of signage I think your sale could be successful!

If anyone is interested in collecting money and using that money to print maps and put out “city wide sales” signage I can steer you in the right direction!

The only tricky part about the sale map was that Bob wanted his sale to be Friday and Saturday only from 8-3, but Susan wanted her sale to be Saturday only from 8-5, and then Kathy wanted Friday through Sunday from 8-2.

SO city wide sales can be August 1-3! Feel free to share this image to your personal social medias to spread the word. If anyone wants to tackle this, please feel free to message me and I can help you get started.

Please share if you can. I’m starting to finalize the maps, we are no longer taking garage sale addresses to be added to the map. You can still have a sale, advertise and market your sale as much as you can! Thanks, everyone!

Hello All- currently there is not a date planned for the community garage sales. The Nashwauk Area Chamber is looking for someone to coordinate it this year but is not having any luck at this time. If you or someone you know is interested in coordinating it please contact the Nashwauk Chamber
