We publish articles about forward-moving, positive efforts in our communities, so that you might be called to join those efforts and/or establish and pursue efforts of your own. The articles are about people like you who embrace the need to “be the

good” they seek in the world. The blog articles are authored by our Founder, Marcel Hernandez, other Board Members, Contributing Writers, and Guest Writers. Be About Change currently provides scholarships in Nashville, Tennessee, with plans to establish scholarship funds in other counties, cities, and states.

Project LEAD Basketball begins September 20 at Watkins Park Community Center

Student participants:
You will have an opportunity to earn a $500 checking account.
You will learn on and off the court, regardless of skill level.
You will pinpoint your strengths and possible career paths.
You will gain a better understanding of finance and investment.

You will map the leadership qualities within you.
