Have you ever heard of a gray divorce?
Apparently, it’s a something.
I won’t bore you with all the details. You can look it up yourself. However, what I’ve learned about a gray divorce is exactly what I have been preaching for many years now.
If you cannot find a way to connect with your partner while your children are growing up, you will find yourself living with a stranger when your grown children leave the house.
I know many people that are going through this because they put their children first instead of their marriage.
It’s up to you and your spouse to find ways to reconnect with each other on a regular basis. Whether it is coffee, a walk, a trip to Target, or a sport like Pickleball, you will soon find yourself dating each other again.
