Meet Dominick Cotton

Dominick Cotton is a senior at Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA) and a long-standing member of the Nashville Kappa League, where he currently serves as Chapter President. His commitment to leadership and service is evident through his involvement in organizations such as Tearing Down the Walls, Tennessee Aquatics Project, and the African American Studies Club. Beyond academics, Dominick expresses his creativity as a member of the Ellington Band.

With career aspirations in financial advising, wealth management, and stock brokerage, Dominick is passionate about helping others achieve financial success and building generational wealth.

For him, achievement means to failure multiple times, until you succeed. And in doing so, you'll be breaking barriers, creating opportunities, and leading with purpose.

Meet Omaràn D. Lee, Il

Omaran D. Lee, Il is a junior at Mt. Juliet High School and a dedicated leader within Kappa League, where he currently serves as Vice President. His talents and interests span both academics and extracurriculars—he's an active member of the MOVE Choir and competes on the school's E-Sports team.

Omaran's career aspirations include stock trading and music composition, reflecting his passion for creativity and strategy.

For him, the keys to achievement are believe in God, hard work, and consistency in working to accomplish your goals.

Meet Robert Brown

Robert Brown is a senior at Father Ryan High School and a proud member of Kappa League since 2019, having joined in the 6th grade. Over the past seven years, Robert has exemplified leadership, scholarship, and service. He is an honors student, athlete, and active leader in his school community. As captain of the Varsity Swim Team, Robert has competed for four years while earning induction into multiple honor societies, including:

Father Stroble Honor Society
Father James Black Honor Society
International Thespian Honor Society
National Society of Collegiate High School Scholars

Robert’s leadership extends beyond academics and athletics. He serves as a leader in the Multicultural Student Union, Cooking Club, and as a peer mentor. His impact reaches far beyond school through organizations such as Jack and Jill of America, Future Iota Leaders of America (Inaugural President), KYB Leadership Academy (Cohort President & Alumni Ambassador), and several youth ambassador roles promoting health and safety awareness.

Recognized for his excellence, Robert has earned numerous awards, including the Jack and Jill Southeastern Region Community Service Award and was the Overall Winner of the 2025 Murfreesboro Achievement Foundation Beautillion.

For Robert, achievement means using his talents and leadership to inspire others and create lasting change in his community.

Meet Peyton Marks

Peyton Marks is a senior at KIPP Nashville Collegiate High School, where he demonstrates excellence in both academics and leadership. He is an active member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society, Computer Science Honor Society, and the Student Government Association. Outside the classroom, Peyton shines through his involvement in choir and his role as a GAP sales associate, balancing creativity and professionalism.

With a passion for sound and technology, Peyton aspires to become an audio engineer, blending artistry and innovation to create impactful experiences. For Peyton, achievement means pushing boundaries, turning passion into purpose, and never giving up on your dreams.

Meet Ace Williams

Ace Williams is a seventh grader at Montgomery Bell Academy, where he’s already making his mark both in and out of the classroom. A passionate learner, Ace is an active member of the African American History Club and the Stock Market Club, reflecting his curiosity about culture and finance.

Beyond academics, Ace shines in extracurriculars—he plays football and baseball, lends his voice to the choir, and embraces teamwork and creativity in everything he does. Looking ahead, Ace is driven by big dreams in medical research and engineering, aiming to make a lasting impact on the world through innovation and discovery.

Meet Micah Dixon

Micah Dixon is a senior at KIPP Nashville Collegiate High School, where he exemplifies academic excellence as a proud member of the National Honor Society. Beyond the classroom, Micah is deeply engaged in his school community through Varsity and General Choir, showcasing his creativity and leadership. His commitment to growth extends beyond school walls—he served as a Judicial Assistant during a summer internship, gaining valuable insight into the legal field as well as logging over 140 community service hours at various places in Middle TN.

Passionate about justice and advocacy, Micah aspires to become an attorney, with interests in corporate law and civil rights. He plans to major in Political Science and minor in Business Administration and African American Studies. For Micah, achievement means more than accolades—it’s about making an impact and leaving a legacy.
