We are saddened to share the passing of Phillip Morgan, a longtime PPAMS member, who passed away on December 31, 2025, at the age of 76.

Phillip spent 30 years in education with the Lincoln County School System and proudly owned and operated Spot Advertising for more than 44 years. His dedication to learning, community, and supporting local businesses left a lasting impact on those who knew him.

Although we learned of his passing after services had concluded, we wanted to honor his memory and extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who were touched by his life.
