It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and PPAMS Past President, Susan Vaughn of FCI Brands.

Susan served as PPAMS President in 2004 after dedicating many years of service to our Board of Directors. While her leadership helped shape our association, those who knew Susan know that her commitment to PPAMS didn't end when her presidency did. She was never one to simply step aside. Whether it was volunteering at an event, supporting a new initiative, or lending a helping hand wherever it was needed, Susan remained a familiar and welcome presence in our association for many years.

Beyond her service, Susan will be remembered for her kindness, her generosity, and the friendships she built throughout the promotional products community. She had a love for being on the water, and she brought that same sense of joy, adventure, and warmth to the people around her. Her legacy is reflected not only in the association she helped build, but in the countless lives she touched along the way.

Our hearts are especially with her son, Seth, and with all of Susan's family, friends, and colleagues at FCI Brands during this difficult time.

On behalf of the PPAMS Board of Directors, staff, and membership, we extend our deepest condolences. Susan's dedication, friendship, and unwavering willingness to serve will never be forgotten.
